I found Trevor by luck (well, by Google). I contacted him on a Monday and he was quick to return my call and he was very flexible with his schedule. We set up the appointment for just a few days later. He showed up right on time and wad very professional. It was one of those difficult homes that I am sure took longer then most. He was professional the whole time and seemed up for the challenge. The turnaround time was quicker then expected and the end result was clear, accurate and very professional. I have many complements by the public and other Realtors. It's a great service that makes Realtors stand out as giving great exposure to their listings.

I was first introduced to iProperty Media at our January office meeting. I immediately loved the concept and what iProperty Media had to offer me as a Listing Agent. As a result, I immediately decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! The pictures and virtual tours are high quality, but what I particularly like is the fact that the iGuide is interactive with the addition of the floor plan of the home and the measuring tool. It’s great because I believe that Buyer’s are going to love these features and continually come back to view my listing just because it is so interactive. The iGuide with pictures, virtual tour, floor plan and measuring tool is a great and I believe it will serve both Buyer’s and Seller’s well. Buyer’s won’t need to view a property when they can view high quality pictures, take a tour of each room, view the floor plan of the listing, and measure each room of the listing from the comfort of their present home in order to see if their furniture will fit properly. Seller’s will feel confidant that the Buyers who do view their home in person, already have a good sense that they like the home from the pictures, the layout of the home from the floor plan, and are viewing it with the knowledge that their furniture will fit because they were able to check it out with the measuring tool prior to viewing the home. The iGuide Analytics is invaluable. From the report, I am able to see what web sites are generating the views, how long a person actually viewed the listing, and how many views the listing has had. It is a great way for me to see what sites are best in generating traffic to my listing and is something I can forward to my Seller as a market update to show them how many people are viewing their listing online. Trevor is great to deal with. He is very professional, thorough and helpful. When I needed a few room names changed, he changed them immediately. I highly recommend iProperty Media. iproperty Media is the best thing to happen for Real Estate Photos and Realtors. I have used them 3 times this week and have nothing but praise! Great job and very conscious of surroundings.
